Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Threecus ("we", "us", "our"), a CRM tool for independent professionals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Threecus. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You own the data you enter into Threecus — your clients, bookings, invoices, and notes. We process it only to operate the service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Service availability

We aim to keep Threecus available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Threecus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
